Three friends, one goal. Back in 2014, on a cool January day in Berlin, a shared vision became reality: Lea Lange, Marc Pohl and Sebastian Hasebrink founded JUNIQE. Since then, it's been a truly exciting journey—full of wins, losses, tears of joy and enriching experiences. And it's far from being over.

As well as our beloved artists, our colleagues mean a great deal to us. In our Kreuzberg office you'll find 26 different nationalities, an endless number of potted plants and, to top it all off, three friendly office dogs who help us chill out when we need a break.
In addition to fresh fruit, unlimited coffee, wine and beer, we provide our employees with various opportunities for personal and professional development. As we see it, having regular team meetings and an open-minded feedback culture are just as important as our evenings spent winding down together over a beer—or embarking on an exciting team event or party.
